Mental Health Matters.

Here at ConnecTEEN, we aspire to create a space to remove the stigma around mental health and make the world a better place for our youth.

ConnecTEEn.
change is good.

Hey! here at ConnecTEEN we hope to build a space where every teenager can speak and share their feelings in a place that's right for them, teenagers mental health often gets misplaced, stuck between adult services and child therapists. we hope to erase this problem in a safe, nurturing way. What makes ConnecTEEN special? well, we are not world class professors, we are simply just two young girls who have seen the devastating effects staying silent has on your mental health and wanted to help.

thank you.
