We are not trained counsellors and cannot provide individual advice or intervention.
If you or someone else is in danger or needs urgent help, please contact 112 or 999, or reach out to one of the services listed on our Resources page (for example, Pieta, Samaritans, or Childline).

The only information we receive is what you voluntarily send by email.

Emails may include your:

• Name or initials (if you include them)

This information is used only to reply to your message and is not stored, shared, or added to any mailing list.

2. Refer you to an appropriate 24-hour support such as Pieta, Samaritans, or Text About It (50808).

We will not attempt to contact emergency services on your behalf.
You remain responsible for reaching out to a professional service or emergency contact.
