We are committed to ensuring our website is accessible, inclusive, and supportive for all young people. Our goal is to remove barriers and make our resources easy to use, regardless of ability or background.

  • At this time, we do not offer a Braille version of the site.

  • Our website is designed with clear text, high-contrast colours, and minimal visual clutter to support users with visual processing needs.

  • We are epilepsy-safe and strobe-light friendly — no flashing lights or rapid motion graphics are used anywhere on the site.

  • Our website contains no audio-based content, making it accessible for deaf, hard-of-hearing, non-verbal, or speech-impaired users.

  • Please note: some external in-person services listed on our website may involve speaking, listening, or verbal communication. These requirements depend on the individual service provider, not on us.

  • We aim to create a calm, predictable, and easy-to-navigate environment.

  • The site is designed to be friendly for users with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, and other hidden disabilities.

  •

We are an LGBTQ+-friendly platform. Our team is dedicated to       supporting young people of all identities and orientations, and we only l    list services that are safe and inclusive to the best of our knowledge.

  • Some linked external resources may have their own accessibility standards that differ from ours.

  • We do not control the accessibility features of outside organisations or helplines.
